Forty representatives from private and public companies attended a roundtable hosted by Workforce Development at Hudson Valley Community College that addressed a growing shortage of employees needed for high-skilled jobs in the manufacturing sector. Discussions focused on ways to find and train more young people for these jobs. The roundtable was held Oct. 3 in the Bulmer Telecommunications Center.
