A new, online training session — Resolving Conflict and Effective Mediation — is available for all employees through May 8, 2020. The 60-minute webinar is offered by Traininng.com with Dr. Laura McGuire, presenter. An accompanying handout is attached below.
No one is required to complete this training, but it may be helpful, especially for anyone in a supervisory position. It can be listened to multiple times during the next six months.
