PAYROLL IS GOING GREEN!
Hudson Valley Community College is making a change on how you obtain your pay stubs in an effort to go green. If your paycheck is being directly deposited, you will no longer receive a paper stub and you’ll need to view your stub online effective with the Jan. 17, 2020 pay date. You will be able to view your stub online 24 hours before the pay date.
How to Sign-up:
If you have not yet signed up to view your pay stubs online via ADP’s iPay, please send an email to payroll@hvcc.edu requesting to sign up. Payroll will then send you registration instructions and will issue you a unique registration code.
Already Signed-up:
If you have previously registered, you can access your online pay stubs at https://my.adp.com. If you have forgotten your User ID or password, please click the “forgot your ID/Password” link on the webpage and follow the prompts.
Prefer the App?:
Once you have enrolled online, you can also view your pay stubs via the ADP Mobile Solutions app! Simply download the app if you are interested in this convenient service.
A Date to Remember:
If you have direct deposit, please be sure to sign up for online access by Friday, Jan. 10, 2020!
