Associate Professor Valerie Lang Waldin published “Introduction to Animal Law: Resources for Online Research and Study” in the January 2020 issue of College and Research Library News, the official publication of the Association of College and Research Libraries, a division of the American Library Association.
The publication is widely read by librarians at colleges and universities nationwide. The publication is open access and Waldin Lang assigned a Creative Commons license to her copyrighted article, allowing her scholarship to be freely distributed by others. Waldin Lang has led faculty workshops on open access publishing, particularly open educational resources, as well as Creative Commons licensing. She is on leave for Spring 2020 semester.
