Please welcome me in congratulating Dr. Paul Charbel as the new Faculty Council of Community Colleges (FCCC) delegate. Dr. Charbel assumes the office immediately and has his first FCCC meeting in April. The Academic Senate thanks him for this important service to the college.
The Academic Senate would also like to thank Professor Alice Malavasic and Professor Brian Farr for running for the FCCC Post.
Please look for the announcement for the Academic Senate general election coming in March and the election itself in April. With the reorganization, several seats are open and multiple opportunities exist to serve on the Academic Senate as a senator or as a standing committee member.
