Three Hudson Valley Community College faculty members will be among the Local Authors and Exhibitors during the fifth annual Albany Book Festival to be presented by the NYS Writers Institute from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 17 at the University at Albany uptown campus, 1400 Washington Ave., Albany.
Garry Trudeau, creator of Doonesbury; Susan Choi, award-winning author, and Robert Pinsky, U.S. Poet Laureate from 1997-2000, join the more than 30 “featured writers” at the event that will include workshops and book vendors. Visit www.albanybookfestival.com for more information.
