RACE AWAY STIGMA 5K RUN/WALK

This year, we are expanding our focus to eradicate stigma surrounding mental illness as well as the stigma associated with accessing resources and support across all areas of our wellness, including physical health, mental/emotional health, social health, occupational health, spiritual/religious health and intellectual health.
Stigma is one of the most significant deterrents for individuals seeking support. The more we can talk about promoting ones overall wellness and encouraging each other to seek help when we need it, we can break down the barriers to accessing support. Thank you for joining us in our efforts to Race Away the Stigma.
Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. at the Student Pavilion
Race/walk starts at 9:30 a.m.
The race will begin and end on campus, with the majority of the course being throughout the nearby neighborhoods.
Awards and post-race snacks begin at 10:30 a.m. at the Student Pavilion
Prizes awarded for top three overall male and female competitors, and top three male and female finishers in each age group.
