Our next meeting of the Academic Senate is actually two meetings — Annual Meeting and Sept. 26 Meeting. Both meetings will take place in the BTC Meeting Rooms on Monday, Sept. 26. All members of the HVCC community are welcome!
We will start the Annual Meeting promptly at 2 p.m. The Sept. 26 Meeting of the Academic Senate will start immediately after the Annual Meeting (around 2:30-2:40 p.m.).
While there will be a Zoom option available, I would like to request that all voting members of Senate attend in person unless extenuating circumstances exist that prevent in person attendance for this meeting. If a voting member of Senate has such extenuating circumstances, please notify me at m.reynolds1@hvcc.edu by Friday, Sept. 23 close of business.
