The mandatory compliance training schedule is changing for 2020. A new course has been added and the timing to complete the training has been adjusted. Emails and courses should look familiar as we have continued our relationship with Thomson Reuters.
There are four (4) training courses that must be completed by Dec. 31, 2020:
1. Workplace Violence
2. Preventing Discrimination and Sexual Harassment with Employee Handbook Sign-off
3. Information Security
4. Preventing Sexual Misconduct (Title IX)
In addition, Fred Aliberti, director of Public Safety, may be conducting site-specific Workplace Violence Training.
The online training courses will be distributed to all employees on Sept. 1, 2020 and must be completed by Dec. 31, 2020. Should an employee not complete these courses by the deadline, computer access will be removed until the course(s) are complete. Please note: Training requirements may be updated by New York State or Hudson Valley Community College at any time. Additional courses may be added at a later date.
