Hello,
The college has elected to remove the matriculation requirement for out-of-state resident students registered for only online coursework in order to receive resident tuition rates, effective for Summer 2019.
The new criteria is as follows:
1. Student must not have any active New York State address on their record and their permanent address must be out-of-state.
2. Student must be enrolled exclusively in online coursework.
3. All students meeting this criteria qualify, regardless of whether or not they are enrolled in a degree program.
