Payroll information while working remotely

 

How to Reach the Payroll Office:
Please contact payroll via email at payroll@hvcc.edu.

Payroll Forms:
All payroll forms (tax withholding, direct deposit, lump sum forms, etc.) can be found at:
https://www.hvcc.edu/dept/finance/payroll/index.html.

Scanned images (or photos) of all forms will be accepted temporarily until further notice. Please email your forms to payroll@hvcc.edu.

Paper Timesheets:
If you submit the little yellow paper time sheets to the Payroll Office, scanned (or photos) of all time sheets will be accepted temporarily until further notice.

Supervisors can email their employees’ time sheets to payroll@hvcc.edu. The body of the email should include: “The attached time sheets are APPROVED.”

If you do not have access to the time sheet forms, please have your supervisor email payroll@hvcc.edu so that we can come up with an alternative plan.

Please refer to the time sheet due dates posted on the Payroll Office webpage: https://www.hvcc.edu/dept/finance/payroll/paydays.html.
These due dates will remain in effect.

Paychecks:
Your direct deposits will be made as usual.

All paper paychecks will be mailed to the address on file, but it is HIGHLY recommended that you sign up for direct deposit at this time.
**Note: It takes two pay cycles for a new direct deposit to go into effect.

All pay stubs can be viewed online at my.adp.com. If you have not registered for this service, please email payroll@hvcc.edu to be set up. If you have registered but have forgotten your password, please click the “forgot password” link on the site.
