The Capital Employee Assistance Program is offering new webinars to help people get through this stressful and difficult time. Here is a message from Capital EAP:
As we continue to navigate COVID-19 together, Capital EAP wants to be sure we continue to communicate and offer support to all of those we work with in the community during this ever-evolving situation. We remain committed to providing support to our members and ensuring easy access to services. We understand that this is a stressful time for our entire community and recognize the difficulties individuals are facing.
In order to ensure our members are able to access support during these uncertain times, Capital EAP is offering three, free phone or video-based sessions to all of our members. These sessions will not count toward an annual total, so it will allow members to utilize these services while still maintaining their personal EAP sessions.
Plus, two brand-new webinars have been added to the April schedule.
