City of Albany Mayor Kathy Sheehan invited Hudson Valley Community College to participate in a community discussion regarding the development of the West Hill Community Center. Chief Diversity Officer Ainsley Thomas shared information about programs offered through Workforce Development and the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center (EOC) with the group. Our goal is to offer accessible educational opportunity to residents within the West Hill community.
