Saratoga Today, a weekly newspaper serving Saratoga County, reported Oct. 20 on a planned tour to Hudson Valley Community College’s TEC-SMART facility in Malta by sophomores from Ballston Spa High School. HVCC and the Ballston Spa Central School District joined forces in 2011 to develop the Clean Technologies & Sustainable Industries Early College High School.
