The department seeks to create a microcredential for those working in early childhood programs who need college credits for promotion. The required courses are aligned with the Child Development Associate national credentialing program (CDA) and will prepare students to complete the CDA credentialing process. All courses will transfer into the Early Childhood AAS program for students wishing to continue their education.
