Memorial Day is right around the corner and will be celebrated on Monday, May 25.
With COVID-19 restrictions in place, I’m sure many are wondering about the placing of flags at the graves of your loved ones at the Gerald B.H. Solomon Saratoga National Cemetery.
The Association of the U.S. Army, Capital District Chapter, and the local Patriot Guard Riders of New York have been working with cemetery director and have organized a small group of volunteers, who will place the flags at the graves. Rest Your loved ones will not be forgotten.
Regarding visiting the cemetery on Memorial Day, please check the cemetery website at: https://www.cem.va.gov/cems/nchp/geraldbhsolomonsaratoga.asp.
Thank you and stay safe.
