Today, May 5, we are coming together for a day of giving and unity as an emergency response to the unprecedented need caused by COVID-19. #GivingTuesdayNow is an opportunity for the Hudson Valley community to stand together and use our individual power of generosity to remain connected and heal.
You can show your generosity in a variety of ways during #GivingTuesdayNow — whether its helping a neighbor, advocating for an issue, sharing a skill, or giving to causes, every act of generosity counts and we would like to hear about it.
At a time when we are all experiencing the pandemic, generosity is what brings people together across the globe. Generosity gives everyone the power to make a positive change in the lives of others and is a fundamental value anyone can act on.
Here are a few ways you can get involved in our mission today:
- SHARE your good news and inspiring stories, so we can share with others and showcase all the good happening in our community.
- TELL us what you are grateful for during this pandemic to help us spread gratitude.
- GIVE to the COVID-19 Emergency Support Fund to help your community college during these ever-changing circumstances. All gifts made toward #GivingTuesdayNow will be matched dollar for dollar by the SUNY Impact Foundation.
