The Office of Workforce Development is pleased to offer Waste Water Treatment — Basic Operations, a non-credit course, in the upcoming Spring 2023 semester.
This course is approved as one of the modules required by the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation to become certified as a wastewater treatment plant operator in New York State. Students will experience a broad overview of topics including biological treatment, solids handling, and all related process equipment.
Note: Courses taught through the Office of Workforce Development are not limited to the campus community. If someone you know outside of HVCC would like to take this or any other course through our office, they may register online or contact our office.
