Catholic Charities food pantries offer help for students and families

Catholic Charities of the Diocese of Albany welcomes students and families to visit one of its food pantries that operate in several locations in the Capital District. The food pantries are fully stocked and available at no cost to individuals and families. Portions are based on the size of the household, and some toiletries also are available.

Several food pantry locations are listed below; more county-by-county information is available at http://www.ccrcda.org/get_help/.

Gift cards redeemable at Hannaford markets also are available for students thanks to funding from the Student Senate, Faculty Student Association and donations — many made by members of the college community — to the college’s Foundation. More than 100 gift cards already have been distributed to students.

Students may request a $50 Hannaford gift card by completing the Application for COVID-19 Food Pantry Support.
