Fall 2022 Degree, Certificate & Microcredential Completion Application Deadline

Students who plan on completing their degree, certificate or microcredential requirements in December 2022, must submit a completed application to the Registrar’s Office by 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5.

• Applications are available on the Registrar’s webpage.
• In order to complete the degree & certificate application process, you must obtain approval of your advisor or department chairperson on the application.
• In order to complete the microcredential application process, you must obtain approval from the department chairperson of the microcredential on the application.
• After you have downloaded and completed the application, send it to your academic advisor or department chairperson as an attachment to a message from your Hudson Valley student email account.
• After review and approval, the completed application must be forwarded to the Registrar’s Office (registrar@hvcc.edu) no later than 5 p.m. Monday, Dec. 5, 2022. A student may complete the process in-person with valid photo ID.

Applications received after Dec. 5 will be considered for Spring 2023 completion.

NOTE: Submission of the microcredential application does not guarantee awarding the credential. Please review the microcredential requirements in the College Catalog to confirm that you have met all requirements.
