The Human Services Club last week donated personal hygiene supplies to Joseph’s House & Shelter in Troy.
Donations have been collected since the outbreak of COVID-19. We would like to thank the campus community and our human service students who worked to gather as many supplies as possible that were needed by the agency. The list of personal hygiene products included laundry detergent, soaps, body lotions, tooth brushes, toothpaste, deodorants, personal hygiene wipes and mouthwash.
The Human Services department has a long standing relationship with Joseph’s House and has partnered with them for almost 30 years on various initiatives. Additionally, Hudson Valley students have served internships at Joseph’s House.
