Members of PTK providing online mentoring to students

Reach out to Phi Theta Kappa for support

In March, the members of PTK embarked on an initiative to provide support to their fellow students as Hudson Valley Community College made the transition to online and remote learning.

In collaboration with the Distance Learning office, a discussion forum has been created for you to use if you are seeking help and/or support during this time. We understand that many of you could be feeling overwhelmed, distracted, anxious or even finding it hard to focus.

These are all valid thoughts and emotions as we continue with remote learning in unprecedented times and circumstances on many levels.

To access support, login to your MyHudsonValley/Blackboard portal which can be found here. From there, you’ll want to click on *How to Use the Blackboard Learning System* located to the right of your screen. Once in the tutorial, you’ll see an announcement which will take you to the discussion thread. Feel free to post what you need assistance or support with.

As a reminder, please be considerate, respectful and courteous when posting. Once you’ve submitted your post, a PTK member will respond to you.
