PTK Get Moving! Campaign

The Hudson Valley Community College PTK chapter is on a mission to get moving, get healthy and get pledges to donate to Joseph’s House in Troy.

Over three weeks, July 6 – July 25, PTK members will participate in a different challenge each week to help promote a healthy lifestyle and help the community. Follow their mission on Instagram @HVCCPTK each week to cheer them on and make a pledge.

The week of July 6 – July 11 is the Walk/Run Challenge.

The mission of Phi Theta Kappa is to recognize academic excellence and provide academic and leadership development opportunities. Members of PTK are passionate about making the world around them better as exemplified in the four hallmarks of PTK: Scholarship, Leadership, Service and Fellowship.

Joseph’s House provides emergency shelter and support services to an average of 1,700 men, women and children each year. Central to Joseph’s House mission is to provide non-judgmental services to end homelessness.
