Human Services Club!

Want to make a difference in people’s lives?

The Human Services Club may be just the place for you!

Joining the Human Services Club is a great way to meet new people, share ideas, be involved in community service
and enhance your resume for job opportunities and future college transfers.

You may have helped us out last semester by donating much needed clothing that we brought to a local agency. Past events included food drives, bottle drives, and collecting personal hygiene products, hats and mittens for those in need. The club also provides students with information on important issues that are of concern in the social work field, such as domestic violence and addictions. We are currently looking at other similar activities and would welcome your ideas, enthusiasm and assistance.

The Human Services Club is open to all HVCC students. We meet bi-weekly on Mondays at 2 p.m. in BRN 105, beginning Jan. 23, then Feb. 6, etc.
