Transfer Advisor Visits
The Center for Careers and Transfer hosts admissions counselors and representatives from four-year colleges and universities, who visit Hudson Valley Community College regularly throughout the year to meet with students.

Transfer Advisor Visits offer students who are more decisive about transferring to a particular college or university an opportunity to meet with representatives individually.
- Note: Appointments are required. To schedule an appointment with a transfer college representative, please contact the Center for Careers and Transfer at (518) 629-7326 or cce@hvcc.edu; or stop by our office, CTR 290.
- Scheduled appointments are generally 15 to 30 minutes, and will include advisement about admission criteria, general education requirements, course recommendations and transfer of credit.
- Students should bring an unofficial copy of their Hudson Valley Community College transcript (found in WIReD), so the transfer advisor can evaluate the transfer value of completed HVCC courses.
Transfer College Information Tables offer students easy access to transfer advisors, who are located on the first floor of the Siek Campus Center during the days and hours shown below. Appointments are NOT required for the Transfer Information Tables!
