The Center for Distance and Online Learning is available to assist faculty with converting and importing their exams/quizzes into their online courses in Blackboard.
If you are interested in taking advantage of this service, please email your exam/quiz and answer key as Word documents to DLhelp@hvcc.edu. Please put an asterisk next to correct answers in each question if sending one document or if you have the answers in a separate document you can send that along with the test. Our staff will work on converting your exam and importing it into your course. This process takes about a week, 5-7 business days or so to complete, and depending on volume, so please plan accordingly.
Please note that you must send us tests/quizzes in a Word document only.
After emailing your exam to DLhelp@hvcc.edu it will be forwarded to staff for processing. They will reach out to you to let you know that they have your exam and that they are working to convert it. If you have questions regarding the exam conversion please work with them directly.
To make sure your exam is properly uploaded, please be sure to include:
- Name and section of course
- Points per question
