Beginning Wednesday, Aug. 19, Lieutenant Todd E. Waldin and Lieutenant Timothy Keefe will assume new roles as police chief and assistant police chief, respectively, in the Cohoes Police Department. Both are graduates of Hudson Valley Community College.
