3.1 Change to Existing Program/Certificate Health Sciences Certificate
Submitted by Colleen Ferris
The department seeks to change this certificate “Restricted Math Elective” to MATH 099, change the number of required credits in the “Restricted Electives” category (increased from 4 to 6 credits), and reduce the total credit requirement to 24.

3.2 Change to Existing Course AUTO 240 Advanced and Autonomous Vehicles

3.3 New Microcredential CIS 103 Introduction to Artificial Intelligence

The department seeks to create a new course to give students an overview of the emerging field of Artificial Intelligence (AI).

3.4 New Microcredential Foundations of Artificial Intelligence

The department seeks to create a new microcredential for students to learn the use of artificial intelligence (AI).

3.5 Change to Existing Course EMSP 205 Special Topics for Paramedics

3.7 New Program/Certificate Construction, A.O.S.

The department seeks to create a new program that will allow the current and future Construction Certificate students to further their studies to receive an associate’s degree by continuing with two more semesters of studies with the new A.O.S. degree. This new Construction A.O.S. degree will give the Construction students more degree options to pursue their educational needs to be more marketable in the industry.
