Ask yourself and your co-workers these three questions:
“How do we know what we are doing as a college is working?”
“How do we know if our program is working?”
“How do we know whether Hudson Valley is fulfilling its mission?
These questions are at the heart of assessment. The answers you provide to these questions will be practical ways you use meaningful data and feedback to continuously improve what you do, what your program does, and what the college accomplishes.
