IIT Help Desk — no walk-ins!

The IIT help desk will be closed for walk-ins on Friday, March 17.

To better serve our campus community, staff are attending new technology training. We strongly recommend using the ticketing system for any troubleshooting needs. Due to limited staffing, we ask that help desk calls be for emergencies.

The help desk will return to normal operations on Monday, March 20.
