The HVCC Chemistry Club is looking for volunteers to help paint and assemble Beaker Planters for giveaway on Earth Day. Please join club members at at 2 p.m. on Monday, March 27, in SCI 385 to paint and assemble the planters. Any interested volunteers should feel free to join us on that day!
In addition, we would welcome volunteers to help staff our table on Earth Day (Thursday, April 27) to distribute the Beaker Planters. Please e-mail Dr. Nowosielski (d.nowosielski@hvcc.edu) for further information about the Earth Day event.
Please note that we are still accepting used (and cleaned) iced drink cups from Dunkin’, Starbucks, Cumberland, etc. as well as seed donations and house plant cuttings to assist with the endeavor.
