Jim Macklin recently announced his retirement after 40 years of dedicated service to the college. In addition to his leadership in the Office of Planning and Research, Jim has provided much leadership and guidance to numerous committees over the years, including the Enrollment Committee, the Planning Committee of the Academic Senate, the Strategic Plan Steering Committee and various committees related to our Middle States re-accreditation process.
Although retired, Jim will continue on a part-time basis to assist during the transition and will play an integral role as a member of our Middle States Self-Study core team.

Vaidehi Agashe has been promoted to Director of Planning and Research. She previously held the position of assistant director and has been involved with much of our required federal and state reporting. She is currently a member of the Planning Committee of the Academic Senate, is a co-chair of the Middle States Standard I committee (Mission and Goals), and also serves on the Middle States Steering Committee.
