Update your Emergency Contacts

 

Please use WIReD to update your emergency contact information. The system enables the college to notify employee’s emergency contact(s) in event of an accident or critical incident. Please take a few minutes today to provide this information. These are the simple steps that you should follow:

  • https://hvcc.edu/
  • Select I am a…. Faculty & Staff Member
  • Continue to WIReD Homepage
  • Login to WIReD
  • Select Personal Information
  • Select Update Emergency Contacts
  • Select New Contact
  • Enter Contact Information
  • Select Submit Changes

To make changes to your emergency contact information, please log in to WIReD. To update or remove a contact, select the name of the contact you wish to change. To add a new contact, select “New Contact.”

This information will remain confidential and will be used for notification purposes only in case of an emergency.
