Your summer hours begin today, May 22. All offices need to be open until 4 p.m. So, if your shift does not end by 4 p.m., your hours should be changed to 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. with a ½ hour for lunch. This will be in effect only until July 28, 2023.
There is no work obligation on Fridays during this period and Summer Administrative Leave has already been added into your KRONOS timesheet.
You have been granted twenty-eight (28) hours of Summer Day Leave which you will see in your accruals tab in KRONOS.
These hours may be taken in no less than ½ hour increments and may be used in conjunction with holidays and vacation. They must be used by November 30, 2023.
Approval for use of these hours is subject to your supervisor’s approval and should be scheduled in advance.
In KRONOS you will record your work hours as usual and any Summer Day Leave will be recorded as either EO-SD1 or SD1.
