Your summer hours begin today, May 22 and end on July 28. All offices need to be open until 4 p.m. during this time.
There is no work obligation on Fridays during this period and Summer Administrative leave has already been added into your KRONOS timesheet.
Your workday will begin as usual at either 8 or 830 a.m. and you will shorten your lunch to a ½ hour and will leave for the day one hour early, 3:30 or 4 p.m., respectively.
In KRONOS you will record your work and summer hours as either
EO-Reg1 7.0
or
Reg1 7.0
EO-Summer Hours 0.50
Summer Hours 0.50
Do not use the Hours Worked code in KRONOS.
Full days of vacation and sick leave are still to be taken as 7.5 hours but personal and compensatory time may be taken as 7 hours with .50 of Summer Hours.
