The Guenther/Amstuz bridge will be closed through Friday, July 21 for asbestos abatement work.
Please seek an alternate route.
Additional information concerning this asbestos abatement project:
- The air ducts coming from the Amstuz end of the bridge are fresh air exchange for the space.
- All air leaving the space is filtered; no asbestos partials are being released.
- The asbestos being removed is non-friable, which means it’s tied up in the tile and glue used for the tiles and cannot be crumbled or pulverised into a powder.
