Hi-Lo Impact Aerobics

The Community, Professional and Workforce Development Office is pleased to offer a Hi-Lo Impact Aerobics class this fall.

This is a combination Hi-Lo impact class designed with both men and women in mind. The one-hour class includes a complete cardiovascular workout and a stretching and strength training component that will tone muscles and burn fat.
