Pharmacy Technicians are in high demand in the local region.
CVS has announced that trained technicians will be one of the employees who will be administering the COVID-19 vaccine. CVS has been granted a contract with the federal government to administer the vaccine.
The 13-week online class is offered through the Workforce Development office and is instructor guided. Pharmacy technicians make $17 to $21 per hour.
