On Oct. 3 and 4, Hudson Valley Community College hosted two representatives from Champlain College Saint-Lambert, located Québec, Canada.
Donald T. Shewan, Champlain College Saint-Lambert’s director, Constituent College and director of Studies, and Maria Bologna, coordinator, Business & Industry and International Services, visited the campus to both explore potential avenues of cross-border collaboration, between the two institutions, and to sign a memorandum of understanding, to facilitate collaboration development.
The memorandum of understanding was signed by President Roger Ramsammy and Shewan, with Dr. Jay Deitchman, director of Global Initiatives and Bologna, as co-signatories.
A campus of Champlain Regional College, Champlain College Saint-Lambert is an English-language college, and a member of Quebec’s CEGEP public education system.
