The Times Union reported Feb. 5 on SUNY Chancellor’s Jim Malatras’s announcement that Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) benefits are being expanded to include more students in New York State.
The Chancellor announced the change during an event at the Capital District Educational Opportunity Center, where students will benefit from Governor Andrew Cuomo’s expansion of the program.
