Emeritus Professor Nancy Cupolo holds book event this weekend

Join local author and emeritus professor Nancy T. Cupolo and her illustrator/daughter, Lisa M. Cupolo, for a “Book or Treat” event at Mocha Lisa’s Cafe in Clifton Park, Sunday, Oct. 29, from 1-3 p.m.

All three of books created by the mother/daughter duo will be on display and available for purchase.

“A River’s Journey,” an imaginative and illustrative story about the beauty of nature from the river’s view.

“Lessons of Hope and Resilience, A Parent Teacher Guide to the story A River’s Journey,” provides ideas and strategies to extend a child’s learning beyond the story itself.

“Through The Child’s Eyes, Looking At Life Through The Lens Of A Child,” covers over 100 topics relating to child development and parenting from birth to the tween years including meltdowns, refusal to eat, biting, kicking, screaming, autism, attention deficient disorder, cell phone use, how to break away from technology and the importance of family dinners.
