The New York Business Plan Competition is open to all graduate, undergraduate and community college students enrolled in NYS. Since 2010, more than 2,500 students have participated in the NYBPC, a statewide intercollegiate entrepreneurship competition powered by Upstate Capital. NYBPC features regional competitions in New York’s 10 geographic zones including the Capital Region, followed by a final, statewide competition in April 2024.
