If you would like to elect lump sum for 2021, please download and print the form that is available on the Payroll Office’s Web site at https://www.hvcc.edu/finance/payroll/lumpsum-eoc.pdf.
For those who work a 170-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on May 21, 2021. If interested, the form must be signed and returned via email to the Payroll Office (payroll@hvcc.edu) by Friday, April 23, 2021.
For those who work a 195-day work year, the Lump Sum pay will be issued on July 2, 2021. If interested, the form must be signed and returned via email to the Payroll Office (payroll@hvcc.edu) by Friday, May 21, 2021.
