***Attention Students and Employees**
Health Services will be hosting Hannaford Pharmacy once again for an onsite vaccine clinic on Wednesday, September 20th starting at 9am until 1:00 pm in Health Services, Siek Campus Center Suite 270.
We will be offering Flu and Covid boosters for all eligible students and employees. You will need to bring your photo identification card, prescription insurance card and Covid shot card (if applicable).
Everyone interested in receiving a vaccination will be required to make an appointment by contacting Julie Warren (j.warren@hvcc.edu ). You will need to complete a vaccine consent form which you will receive once your appointment is booked. Please plan to stay in Health Services for at least 15-20 minutes after your vaccine is administered.
