On March 18, Hudson Valley Community College and Questar III BOCES will announce a major partnership to provide new educational pathways for high school students across 46 school districts in seven Capital Region counties beginning in the fall of 2021.
A press conference is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., but in-person attendance is by invitation only.
