SUNY Upstate recently upgraded its COVID-19 Pooled Surveillance Testing platform and it now is possible for testing participants to view their individual results.
Each week, individuals who participate in the testing will receive the following email from no-reply@mail.clarifi-covid-19.com.
Dear COVID-19 Test Registrant,
Your COVID-19 test result is ready. Please visit clarifi-covid-19.com to view your result. If you have any medical questions or concerns, please contact your clinician and/or health and safety team. If you are currently in precautionary quarantine, please confirm next steps with your health advisor before you take any action.
You may also email covid-support@quadrantbiosciences.com with any logistical questions.

At clarifi-covid-19.com, click the LOGIN box and sign-in to access your UPSTATE Medical University profile.
- The results posted are individualized to your testing barcode.
- These results can be used to visit a relative in a nursing homes, travel, and to attend sporting and public events where testing in requested.
