The Fairness and Equity Committee needs you!
Our dedicated members participate as representatives on all college employee search committees. Our purpose is to ensure that all candidate screening interviews are conducted in a fair and equitable fashion and that no inappropriate questions are asked of any applicant. Committee members also assist with the screening and selection of candidates invited for interviews. Training is provided by John Ogden, the college’s affirmative action officer.
