Leadership as a Microcosm: Skills, Traits, and Style Approaches
Alternative theories to leadership management have emerged over the past 50 years, and while no single theory has emerged as a dominant idea, several useful discoveries have been made.
This lecture will provide a closer look at the progression of these leadership theories, centering on trait, style, and skills approaches, and explore their potential progression in the future.
