In keeping with Zoom’s best security practices and recommendations the Department of Instructional and Information Technology will be implementing the following following HVCC Zoom account changes effective 01/01/24:
Waiting Room will be on for all users for all meetings with the following setting:
Users who are not in your account(not signed in to their HVCC Zoom account using the SSO option) and not part of your whitelisted domains
