ITS has collaborated with Enterprise Operations and Distance & Online Learning to integrate their departments into the TeamDynamix Ticket System. All three departments now offer services and support through the Help Desk portal at https://helpdesk.hvcc.edu.
A new Help Desk portal front page layout is now live to help you find the services you need from each department. Please also take note of the Knowledge Base where you can find self-help tutorials and documentation. New articles are being added regularly!
What is TeamDynamix?
TeamDynamix is the college’s centralized technology ticketing system available to all faculty and staff. It is accessible through a web browser and allows you to submit ticket requests, track all your tickets, and browse the Knowledge Base for self-help tutorials.

- Troubleshooting and resolving any problems encountered with Banner, Wired, BDM Xtender, Degree Works, CRM Advise, CRM Recruit and all other third-party products integrated with Banner
- Banner User Access Requests, both initial setup and modifications
- Set up or changes to processes and chains in AppWorx
- Requests for new programs and/or Argos reports
- Set-up of access and training for Argos
- Review of specs for all third-party products and services that will integrate with Banner (An implementation timeline for any new products will be determined via consultation between EO team and functional product owner.)
Distance & Online Learning
- Online and remote faculty training in instructional design and best practices
- Management and documentation of the student, faculty and programmatic needs for online, remote, hybrid and web-enhanced courses
- Successful deployment of the Blackboard learning management system and integrated tools
How do I request services or support from a specific department?
- Visit https://helpdesk.hvcc.edu in any web browser.
- Locate the department’s highlight box on the front page and select “Browse Services & Submit Tickets.”
- Select the service (or issue report) that you would like to open a ticket for. Make sure to read the service description thoroughly as many services require steps to be completed prior to opening a ticket. A large green button will be available along the right side of the service page that will take you to the form to submit your request.
